Knots, Nets & Art – Macramé for Everyone

In the open workshop, children, families and exhibition visitors can learn about the macramé knotting technique and try it out for themselves.

Using threads and knots, they can create small artistic objects or collaborative nets. Inspired by the work Knot, Knot, Network by Marina Naprushkina and the women of Neue Nachbarschaft/Moabit e. V., visitors can also join in creating a growing network – as a symbol of connection, solidarity and mutual support.
