Arbitration Procedures
If no satisfactory solution has been found after you have provided feedback to the contact as mentioned above, you can contact the arbitration body according to Section 16 of the Act on Equal Opportunities of Persons with Disabilities (BGG). The BGG arbitration body is tasked with supporting out-of-court resolutions of disputes in the event of conflicts related to accessibility conflicts between people with disabilities and federal public authorities. Arbitration procedures are free of charge. Legal counsel is not required.
