This workshop is created as a space for queer youth to gather, move, and reclaim the body as a site of presence, care, and resistance.

Drawing from contemporary dance and creative movement practices, participants will explore the body as a “house” – a place that carries histories, memories, strength, fatigue, pleasure, and transformation.

Through accessible movement explorations, participants are invited to reconnect with their physical voice, to move collectively, and to experience dance as a form of solidarity and embodied dialogue.

“If My Body Is a House” invites participants to move, witness, support, and co-create – reclaiming space for bodies that deserve to be seen, heard, and felt.
