Reproductions

Reproductions can be requested from the archives, the collection, the library or the art holdings using the forms provided. These can be submitted in person in the reading rooms, emailed to benutzung@adk.de or sent by post. A maximum of 100 pages of copies or digital working copies (PDFs) can be produced per person per year.

Approval of the request may be dependent upon the rights holders’ consent and the condition of the archival material. Once the rights have been cleared, it typically takes around two weeks to process the request.

Variant Forms of Reproduction

Reproductions are available in a variety of analogue and digital forms – from analogue copies, low-resolution digital working copies (PDFs), JPGs, and printable scans to audio and video files. Details are in the price list. The request forms differ depending on the type of request and the material involved.

You can request simple digital working copies (PDF files) using the order form for photocopies and low-resolution PDFs. Please use the order form for scans to request high-resolution digital copies (JPG or TIF files).
