Kiezsalon
Concert
Since 2015, the Kiezsalon has been presenting artists of different genres, origins and prominence as a forum for innovative music practice, forming an interface between avant-garde, advanced pop music and interdisciplinary arts. Initiated by Digital in Berlin, the series presents a stylistically complementary programme in compact performances of 30 minutes and is now a guest at the Akademie der Künste for the first time, featuring four programmes by Surgeons Girl, Nik Colk Void, Yamila, and Audrey Chen and Kaffe Matthews (duo).
The Kiezsalon is a project by Digital in Berlin. Curated by Michael Rosen and funded by Senate Department for Culture and Europa.
