Mark Barker works in a variety of mediums, recently focusing mainly on making sculptures and drawings. During his residency at Villa Serpentara he will examine the permeable nature of the human body, how it consumes and excretes. His research will focus on how these corporeal processes manifest in architecture. He lives and works in Berlin.
