Moritz Nitsche

Vita
Moritz Nitsche studied stage design at the UdK Berlin. Meisterschüler with Prof. Freyer in 2000. Hein-Heckroth-Förderpreis (promotion award) in 2007. He assisted his teacher on the major international stages and worked at the Berliner Ensemble, the opera houses in Frankfurt am Main, Wuppertal, Dessau and the Festspielhaus Hellerau, among others. In addition to his work in theatre, Nitsche is a painter and a graphic designer. He has two daughters and lives in Berlin and Linz.
