Studio Spaces and Equipment
Studio 1
Studio 1 is the central production location of the SEM. The acoustically optimized and daylight-flooded room is 57 square meters in size and can be used very flexibly. The studio is equipped with professional analog and digital technology and is particularly suitable for multi-channel productions. It can be used for recording, mixing, mastering, digitizing and as a rehearsal and small event room. The permanently installed crossbar allows for an individually adapted configuration of the total of 24 available loudspeakers for each project

Studio 2
Studio 2 provides space for two-channel productions and recordings, as well as for artists to work independently on their projects.

Recording Room
The recording room is located between the two studios and can be used by both studios. It is particularly suitable for voice and small instrumental recordings. The microphone equipment consists of a wide range of small and large diaphragm microphones, as well as some rarities such as an artificial head or a larynx microphone.
There is also a small editing station with 2x Genelec 8030 speakers, Mackie 1404 analog mixer, a 49-key MIDI keyboard, and a USB-C hub available here.
