Seine Arbeiten sowohl als Tänzer und Choreograph sind vielfältig und komplex. Seine Stücke werden in Theatern, Galerien, Nachtclubs und Lofts gezeigt. Er hat mit internationalen Choreographen wie Alain Buffard, Gonie Heggen, David Zambrano, Erik Pold und Katie Duck´s Magpie Music and Dance und New Yorker Choreographen wie Stanley Love, Maria Hassabi, Michael Portony und Chameki/Lerner zusammengearbeitet. 2003 wurde er artist in residenc für Bewegungsforschung. Mit dem Suitcase Fund des Dance Theatre Workshops reiste er nach Moskau und arbeitete dort für mehrere Monate mit vier russischen Choreographen. Mit Andre Lepecki und Eleonora Fabia arbeitete er in New York und beim Transformes Festival in Paris. Wade erhielt Förderung von der Jerome Foundation’s First Light Fellowship und der Foundation for Contemporary Arts.
Im Februar 2006 zeigte er seine erste abendfüllende Arbeit Glory/ Fiction im Dance Theatre Workshop. Im August 2006 arbeitete er als choreographischer Assistent von Rachid Ourandame an einem Stück für das Ballett der Oper Lyon. Im September desselben Jahres erhielt er den New Yorker Bessie Award für Glory.
„...and pulled out their hair“ ist Wades erstes Gruppenstück, das im Februar 2007 im HAU3 in Berlin Premiere hatte. Von Les Subsistance in Lyon bekam er Unterstüzung für eine neue Soloarbeit. Er gründete mit zwei Musikern eine Band namens ALDOUX, mit der er im April 2007 in Lyon sein erstes Livekonzert gab.
