A Suitcase for the Archives: Heinrich Mann
Archive Presentation and Talk
In the new series “A Suitcase for the Archives”, the Akademie der Künste provides insights into the estates of exiled artists. In workshop discussions, there will be an opportunity to look over the shoulders of archivists as they open the suitcases they bring with them and tell the stories of special items from exile archives.
The opening event is dedicated to the working library of the writer Heinrich Mann, which came to Berlin after his death.
