Tickets and Prices
Tickets for exhibitions and events at the Akademie der Künste can be booked online or purchased directly at the ticket counters at the Akademie venues located at Pariser Platz and on Hanseatenweg.
Buy Tickets On Site
Tickets can be purchased daily between 10 am and 8 pm at the reception desks (ticket counters) at the Akademie venues located at Pariser Platz 4 and Hanseatenweg 10, as well as at the box offices of the respective event venues. Please be advised that a fee of 1 euro will be charged in addition to the regular ticket price. You can save this fee by purchasing tickets in the Akademie's webshop. Reduced-price and free tickets are exempt from a fee.
Ticket sales are conducted using CTS Eventim AG ticket software. Tickets for select special events are also available for purchase at all the usual advance sale ticket locations and online.
Buy Tickets Online
Tickets for exhibitions and events can be purchased online through the Akademie der Künste webshop.
In the webshop, you can pay by credit card using VISA or Mastercard.

Disabled people and their accompanying attendant (with proper authorisation) receive free admission to exhibitions and events. Further information on reductions and free admission is also available in the Akademie der Künste’s Price Table.
Please note: Reduced-price tickets are valid only in combination with proof of eligibility. If such proof cannot be provided, the difference between the reduced price and the full ticket price will be charged.
Ticket Refund
- Tickets for cancelled events lose their validity.
- Tickets purchased at the Akademie der Künste venues can only be refunded on-site. Please contact ticket@adk.de with your tickets and a completed refund form.
- Refunds for tickets purchased through the webshop will be credited to the original payment method used. Please contact ticket@adk.de with your tickets.
- If you purchased tickets via eventim.de or at theatre box offices, please contact those offices directly for a refund.

Cardholders receive a 20 % reduction on the regular ticket price for performances in the dance category.
