In cooperation with the Akademie der Künste, the Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz is showing an extensive exhibition of works by Academy members. Around 60 artists of the Visual Arts Section are showing works in the joint exhibition. These works, many of them donated to the Academy art collection, range from painting and photography to sculpture, film and conceptual art. They are supplemented by works from the Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz and loans from public and private collections.
