Manos Tsangaris: GIANT, the mini-stage

Music Theatre Miniature

On the GIANT mini-stage by Manos Tsangaris, tiny objects and their families perform. Sometimes it also takes a breather. And when the stage is in use, it listens to what is happening outside. The stage is interested in sustainability too, which is why it performs its short, fleeting pieces, without electricity, for small and big visitors. The performances are part of the Moabit Kulturwoche with film programme and workshops.

In addition, a discussion round on “Culture, education and sustainability on a large and small scale” will take place on Friday, 21 June at 4 pm in the circus tent at the Otto-Spielplatz.

Participants:
Stefanie Remlinger, Mayor of Mitte district of Berlin
Manos Tsangaris, President of the Akademie der Künste, Berlin
Bernd Brunner, Head of the Otto-Spielplatz, Träger Moabiter Ratschlag e.V.

Moderation: Thomas Büttner, Coordinator of Naturwissenschaftlicher und kultureller Bildungsverbund Moabit
