Concert
The question if “mobile phone + Internet = interconnectedness?” is the focus of sound explorations at four Berlin elementary schools. In their regular music lessons, schoolchildren experiment with acoustic and electronic sounds guided by the instructions of experienced composers, translating impressions of what they hear into a composition using instruments and other sound makers. The entire project is staged by directors of the Junge Staatsoper Berlin. The co-production will be presented at a closing concert – and will also answer the question posed at the start.
