On the 10th nationwide "Day of the Archives", under this year's motto "Communication. From Dispatch to Tweet", the archives of the Akademie der Künste are also offering a look behind the scenes. An exciting programme of lectures, films and guided tours through stacks and reading rooms will reveal secrets of research and collecting. Archivists will introduce the special features of an art archive and present unique documents.
