Wulf Herzogenrath’s guest books read like a who’s who of contemporary art. Since 1969, over 1,500 artists, such as Marina Abramović, Nam June Paik, Joseph Beuys and Pipilotti Rist, have immortalised themselves in them. A book to mark the 80th birthday of the curator and promoter of video art brings together 160 facsimiles of his texts about the artists along with their sketches, collages and dedications. An app will show a selection of the original entries.
