Alexandra Elina
Alexandra Elina, born in 1994, graduated from the Moscow Conservatory. As a (voice) performer, curator, flutist and improviser, she is a main figure of Moscow's new music scene. Since 2017 Elina directs the experimental music ensemble DianaPlaysPerception. Her curated projects include: "Place of sound" program in Electrotheatre Stanislavsky (2015-16), New academic music stage at Fields festival in Muzeon park of arts (2016), "Stikovka" program at the Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val (2015). As a performer she is a member of the ensemble The Same (together with Kirill Shirokov), MEOW duo (together with Vladimir Gorlinski) as well as Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble (MCME) and others.
